你有没有银行工作过的经历，以前从事什么工作，以前工作对现在的有没有什么帮助，手上有没有一些资源（主要是关系），能完成多少的量（千万以上）
我2月面试时就是这样问我的，很简短，只要回答这几个关键问题就行了 ，其他的问题不重要。
银保监面试有英语。
一般来说，银保监会面试题目包括有常规面试题、专业题以及英语题目。题目总量一般为6道，而专业题目一般是有2道题目。面试时间一般是为20-30分钟。考查内容包括两方面：一是与考生个人基本情况和职业规划相关的问题；二是涉及工作内容或金融相关的常识性专业知识的问题。
命题方向上，专业性强。银保监会的面试题目除了考查专业题目外，综合分析能力题目近几年也有涉及到银保监会岗位相关背景的热点知识考查。考查能力上，整体趋于稳定。侧重对综合分析能力、应变能力、人际交往意识与技巧、计划组织协调能力、专业能力、岗位匹配、言语理解与表达能力考查。
银保监会
银保监会是国务院直属的参照公务员法管理的事业单位，是中国银行保险监督管理委员会是国务院直属事业单位，为正部级。待遇跟公务员相同，其招聘同国考其他岗位同时进行。银保监会的主要职责是，统一监管银行业和保险业，防范和化解金融风险，维护金融稳定等。分为财经类、财会类、法律类、计算机类、综合类5大岗位。
不同银行要求不同，但一般都要求四级425分以上。这是基本的要求。
中资银行中资银行多数会要求应聘者要有CET6或者CET4的证书。一二线城市要六级，小点的城市要求四级。即使是非正式编制的，一般也要求CET4。那些大城市的银行的大堂副理可以忽略不计。
外资银行如果是外资银行，非正式编制的不说，起码要CET6。有的银行会要求CET6 500分、525分、568分等等的要求。而且笔试和面试中肯定要出现全英的情况。
工作中用不到英语
除了在笔试中可能出现的翻译或是写作，又或是面试中简单的英文对话，在工作中可以说大多数的岗位是用不到英语的。

根据我面试的经验，我不建议你用英语面试，除非面试官现场有要求，你可以在面试的过程中说出你英语的特长，稍微穿插经典的英语单词。如果你自己用英语面试的话，那样会显得自己太另类，有些面试官不喜欢那样的面试者，况且有些面试官英语水平就不好。我当时就是稍微穿插了一些英语单词，效果特别好！面试过程中如果是小组面试尽量让自己当一个领导者。

Since this is often the opening question in an interview， be extra careful that you don't run off at the mouth. Keep your answer to a minute or two at most. A good answer es from having done your homework so that you can speak in terms of the pany's needs.
