Traffic safety is everybody's business. Records show that every year a lot of people die in traffic accidents. Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, and could be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn as they wish without giving signals. They don't slow down while approaching crossroads. So many people violate traffic regulations that we cannot put too much emphasis on the importance of traffic safety. Only when everybody thinks traffic safety is everybody's business can we be safe driving on roads and walking on sidewalks
In order to keep the road orderly and people safe, everyone should follow traffic rules.

The walkers should look carefully both left and right when they are crossing the roads.When people are driving, they should wear a seat belt. Drivers are not allowed to drive after drinking. 人类,是这么自私,这么任意地践踏着地球妈妈千年来积累的资源.我听见地球妈妈在哭泣!
去年五·一节中,爸爸妈妈带我去外地游玩,当我们到达目的地是,刚下车,就闻到了一股臭气,原来,小河发出的恶臭,根本认不出是一条河.那里的人告诉我们：这条小河原本清澈无比,可是当建筑队来到这里搞开发后,这条小河就变成这副模样了.我听了这话,心中不由得发出了怒火：为什么人类可以为了自己的利益而破坏大自然!难道那些人不会爱护自然吗?
第二天,我和爸爸妈妈去山上玩,可垃圾随处可见,还有那些小动物的尸体,真实太过分了!我又看见一个叔叔在喝酒,当他喝完一瓶酒时,他便随手一扔,我见了,连忙上去阻止,可他对我破口大骂：“管你屁事!一个小鬼头来管我,你昏头啦!”就在这时,几个旁观的叔叔阿姨们也过来了,他们一起劝告这个叔叔,这个叔叔脸红了,他拣起那个空酒瓶,把它朝垃圾桶里扔去.
我对着蓝天呼吁：人类呀,醒悟吧!难道你真的想让我们的地球妈妈变为废墟吗?我们只有一个家园——地球!
我爱地球妈妈
宇宙中,有一个蓝色的、美丽的星球那是我们的地球妈妈.
我们的地球妈妈可漂亮啦!它有高高的雪峰、层层的梯田、茂密的森林、弯
弯的河流、和蔚蓝的大海.我们的妈妈多美啊!
这么美丽的家园,可是有些人却不懂得很好的爱惜它.在某些地区还存在着
滥砍滥伐的现象,它们为了自己的个人利益,却毫不在乎人类长期生存的地球,
他们没有想到今天的行为会造成明天的水土流失,使风沙满天飞舞,使空气不再
新鲜,水不再碧绿,天不再蔚蓝.洪水来了,许多珍稀的动植物不见了,这对我
们人类的生存造成了极大危挟,难道今天的这一番景象是大家想要看到的吗?我
想不是的.但为什么那些人还要滥砍滥伐呢?就是因为他们没有认识到地球与人
类的密切关系.地球是我们人类生存的星球,破坏地球就是在破坏我们的家园.
地球如若没有了生命,人类的生命也就终止了,所以破坏地球就等于缩短人类的
寿命.
看,地球妈妈流泪了,听,地球妈妈痛哭了.我们赶快替妈妈擦去眼泪,不
但要阻止滥砍滥伐的现象,还要把手中的砍刀换成铁锹和水桶,大面积的植树造
林,保护生态环境.让我们团结一致,从每个人做起,从每件小事做起.保护我
们的地球妈妈吧!
